03 / Our Solution

Smart charging gateway, three layers

Just one smart charging gateway, no solar or storage needed. Let the existing transformer over-subscribe to support more chargers. Total power never exceeds the limit, and every vehicle still gets charged.

Real-time sensing

The gateway meter samples transformer total power every second and sends it to the gateway over RS485. The system's "eyes".

Layer 2

Smart allocation

The gateway gathers charger status, compares against the safety threshold, computes the optimal allocation when overrun is forecast, and dispatches within one second.

Layer 3

Safety fallback

Under communication loss or gateway outage, every charger automatically holds a floor power limit. No single point of failure can overload the transformer.
